No. Our actual shipping costs are significantly higher than the special shipping rates we offer. These discounted rates are possible because of our logistics partnerships and packaging methods.

All furniture is shipped with specialized expert blanket-wrapping to help ensure safe, damage-free delivery.

Does the furniture require assembly?

Most furniture arrives fully assembled.

In some cases, minor assembly may be required:

• Tables may require pedestal, leg, or foot attachment using a ½-inch wrench or socket.
• Hutches and dresser mirrors may need attachment using a Phillips screwdriver.

Assembly is simple and typically takes only a few minutes.

What if my furniture arrives damaged?

Every piece is thoroughly inspected before leaving the builder’s or finisher’s shop. While damage during transit is rare, it can occasionally occur.

Please inspect all furniture at the time of delivery. If damage is present:

1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before the carrier leaves.
2. Contact us immediately at 888-882-6474.

All shipments are fully insured through PackShip USA or our other carriers.

Do your clothing storage units comply with the STURDY Act (ASTM F2057-23)?

Yes. As of September 1, 2023, our clothing storage units comply with the STURDY Act (ASTM F2057-23).

Some products have been updated with improved drawer glides, counterweights, or interlock systems to meet the new safety standards.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, pickup is available. A small pickup or transfer fee may apply.

Furniture is built in Ohio and Indiana, so some logistics coordination may be required. Pickups are by appointment only, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST.

Customers must bring a truck or trailer large enough for their order, along with moving blankets, padding, and tie-down straps to prevent damage.

When will I receive my furniture?

Most furniture orders are delivered within 10–16 weeks.

Amish case goods such as dressers, chests, and hutches typically require 12–16 weeks, depending on the time of year.

All furniture is handcrafted to order. Delivery timelines are estimates, and we appreciate your patience while our Amish craftsmen create heirloom-quality pieces built to last for generations.

Are stain or leather sample boards available?

Yes. Sample boards and leather swatches are available.

Due to cost, samples are typically sent after an order is placed. If samples are required beforehand, a refundable $25 deposit per item will apply.

Deposits are refunded if samples are returned before your order ships.

Do you offer custom furniture?

Yes. Most furniture pieces can be customized.

Custom modifications typically add 15%–40% to the base price, depending on the scope of the changes.
