Color/Stain and Size Variations:
OnlineAmishFurniture.com is not responsible for variations in color, stain color, cherry pits, knots, knot holes, mineral deposits, sap wood and wood grain. Wood is a natural product created by the environment, the natural characteristics will not allow for a perfectly uniform product and pieces may have color variations. Sizes are given as overall sizes and may change without notice. We try to keep sizes updated as models are changed however dimensions may vary from those stated. If you have a dimensional limitation please call 1-888-88-AMISH to confirm dimensions.
Estimated Completion Date:
OnlineAmishFurniture.com produces solid wood, hand crafted furniture and each piece is made to order. Amish-built furniture is not factory made: additional time is required to build and finish each piece to meet the high standards expected of custom made furniture. The "estimate" completion date is the approximate date the order is expected. OnlineAmishFurniture.com is not responsible if the "actual" completion date varies from the "estimated" completion date. We will do everything we can do to try and get your order in timely manner, however, we will not rush the build and finish process, we want you furniture to be built with the highest possible craftsmanship available. The normal build and finish time for Amish furniture is 10-26 weeks. *Covid shortages may affect lead times, rest assured we and the builders are doing our best to complete your order in a timely manner. Occasionally, additional weeks are required for shipping, we are not responsible for third party shipping schedules and times.
Sturdy Act ASTM-F2057-23
Our products have been brought up to compliance to support the Sturdy Act as of September 1, 2023. Some products have been modified with updated drawer glides, counter weights and interlock systems to bring our items into compliance. Our product descriptions in regards to the standard glides might be inaccurate, please contact us to confirm the modification or new standards to a particular item.

Warranty Information:
Every piece of furniture we sell comes with a 1 year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Should you detect a defect, simply return the item to us and we will repair it at no charge other than necessary shipping costs. This warranty does not apply to cracking or warping issues caused by the failure to maintain proper (35%-45%) humidity levels in the home.
Deposits and Payments:
Using our credit card checkout: Orders under $500.00 are billed in full. For orders over $500.00, OnlineAmishFurniture.com will charge a 30% non-refundable deposit of your order total to your Visa, Discover, American Express, or Master Card upon checkout. The remaining balance will be charged when the shipper takes possession of your order. Please submit the correct billing address for the credit card to help us prevent fraud. If an incorrect billing address is submitted we will refuse shipment.
PAYPAL and AMAZON payments will automatically charge the entire balance when the order is placed. OnlineAmishFurniture.com also accepts money orders and personal checks, however, no products will ship until the final funds payment has cleared.
Sales Tax:
There is a 7.00% sales tax charge for any order delivered within Ohio.
Cancellation, Order Changes and Return Policy:
You have 72 hours from the time of the original order to cancel (with a full refund) or make changes to your order. We will try to make changes after 72hrs, however, we cannot guarantee the changes will be implemented. If after 72 hours or if you are not 100% satisfied with your furniture purchase once it's received and up to (1) year, you may contact us to return it via email or by phone and by doing so, you agree to a 25% restocking fee & full amount of *return freight. *Return freight would be the actual shipping charges as quoted by PackshipUSA.com, any shipping specials provided at checkout will not apply.*
Order Status:
Order status may be checked by e-mailing us at sales@onlineamishfurniture.com. Or by Tel: 1-888-88-AMISH (26474). Please include your order number. Most orders take 10-26 weeks plus freight time from order placement to delivery. As the Amish do not have phones or computers, we do not have a means to track order progress. We will not have any updates available until at least the 8th or 9th week of the order process.
Damage Policy:
In the event your furniture arrives with minor damage, we require you to accept the furniture and note any damage on the shippers bill of lading. We will schedule a local furniture restoration company to handle the minor issues locally, either in your home or at their local shop. If the furniture has major damage due to shipping, please refuse delivery and return immediately so we can repair or replace at our discretion. Please allow an additional 4-6 weeks for redelivery, this redelivery time frame is not included in our original estimate. If there is questions as to the extent of damage, you can contact us via email, telephone, live chat, email us digital images of the damage.
Online Amish Furniture Catalog:
We're sorry, but because of the continuing variety of our inventory and the number of Amish builders we use, we do not have a printed catalog to distribute. However, we may have additional pictures and literature that we can email if specify what products you are interested in. E.g. Single Pedestal Table and Chairs, Wall Entertainment Center, Corner Entertainment Center, Shaker 3 Door Hutch, Glider Rocker and Ottoman, Mission 3 Door Nightstand.
Incorrect Pricing:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error OnlineAmishFurniture.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. You will be contacted when the error is found and be given the opportunity to proceed or cancel the order. Your receipt of an email order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, this is done when an "Updated Order" is sent reflecting your deposit. Should the order be placed with PayPal, your monies will be immediately refunded.
Is My Transaction Secure?
Please Note - Privacy Issues: All information gathered at this site will in no way be distributed or sold to anyone. We respect the right to your privacy and we will protect it. The cart is protected on the secure server so that all your information will be encrypted to avoid being intercepted by a third party. Rest assured that your information will reach us safely, securely, and privately.
All items available for direct internet purchase will be processed through Authorize.net secure servers so that all your information will be 128 bit encrypted through our Thawte certificate to avoid being intercepted by a third party. Once a purchase has been made an invoice will be generated describing the goods purchased, all costs assigned to the order. This invoice will be sent to your designated email address.
Enforcement/Choice of Law/Venue:
Any and all disputes relating to this Agreement, Online Amish Furniture Privacy and Shipping Policy, your use of the site, the service, or the content are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, county of Macomb and Township of Shelby, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. The venue for any and all disputes relating to this agreement shall be in Township of Shelby.
Password Security:
If you register to become a Online Amish Furniture member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member identification and password information, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your member identification and password. NO financial data is stored by us, when logging into your account the only information available will be name and address as well as current or completed orders.
