High quality

Once I finally received the piece, I found the quality to be very good, and I may buy additional pieces in this series.

The payment/delivery system isn't. There's really no system and my inability to be home whenever it was convenient to deliver led to a two month delay in delivery. This could be solved by scheduling delivery in advance (more than five days, I suggest at least 30 days in advance, given it took nearly a year to build, 60 days would be easy to do). If I were unavailable after agreeing to a time, that would be on me. But I was charged full fare once it was built and taken by the delivery team, as if delivery was a different business unrelated to the online seller. I was very dissatisfied with the lack of system. However, I must admit, once Simon arrived in my home, I found it impossible not to like him and his assistant- both were quite remarkable, service oriented, and so personable.

So, if I didn't have a day job I guess I would have no complaints. The people are great in person, once they get here. But, they live in a different zone- one where a call "I'll be there Sunday" is assumably no problem, even if the call comes the Wednesday before and the delivery day is different than the one agreed upon. It's a culture shock I guess, I leave it to the readers to decide for yourself what you want.

However, the furniture is great, excellent quality. If I didn't have a 9+ month wait time to build and unpredictable delivery, my next order would already be submitted- but I need a break for now. We'll see.
