  • The carrier contacts the customer to schedule delivery.
  • Delivery is made using a 28’ or 48’ tractor trailer.
  • One driver delivers the shipment; trailers do not include lift gates.

Additional charges apply if inside delivery is requested at the time of delivery.

Inspection Requirements

  • Inspect each furniture piece before the driver departs.
  • Document any damage on the delivery receipt.

If the delivery receipt is signed without notation and the driver leaves, we cannot retrieve items at our expense. Warranty-related damage will be handled by OnlineAmishFurniture.com.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 weeks after pickup from our finish shop.

Damage, Claims, and Missing Items

  • All damage must be documented on the shipper’s waybill and co-signed by the delivery crew.

  • Email digital photos of any damage immediately after delivery.
  • Minor damage is typically repaired in-home by professional furniture technicians.
